- 5. • We Believe that “Al-Ka’aba” was protected by God’s Angels after Adam. It’s shape was different from the way it looks now. Before, we believe that instead of the Ka’aba god made Adam point it’s location be 4 Red Rubies from “Eden” lighted by 3 lamps from Eden as well & he also made a place for Adam to sit in. • When Adam died, his sons & daughters replaced all of that with mud & stones. But later it was destroyed by the “Great Flood” in the time of Prophet “Noah”.
- 9. • God Calls Ibrahim “Father of Prophets” because he came before most of them & because of the great thing he did at his time. • Some history books said he lived from 2200 BC Until 2000 BC. • The most important thing he did during that time is that he rebuilt “Al-Ka’aba” with the help of his son “Ismael”. • Also His wife “Hajir” Discovered the Islamic holy water “Zamzam”. • All of that helped to make Saudi Arabia the way it is right now.
- 11. • Although Quraish had some really great strong points, they did some really terrible sins such as (burying their daughters alive!) because they had high pride of their sons & a great shame whenever they have a daughter. • During that time a man called “Abraha Al- Habashi” was jealous of the Ka’aba because he though people should worship him instead. So he took his army to Makkah.

The Birth of Mohammad… • In his army there was an Elephant who he brought with him to Makkah to destroy the Ka’aba (That’s why the Arabs used to call that year “Year of the Elephant” which prophet Mohammad was born in). • When the Army reached Makkah all the Arabs head in the mountains, but the Elephant refused to destroy the Ka’aba. God then sent an army of hell birds to the army & destroyed it.
- 18. • The Center of the Arabian Peninsula was not ruled by anyone at that time, and lots of the tribes had wizards & witches who used to spread crimes. This is when Mohammad Bin Abdul-Wahhab & King Abdul- Aziz’s Grandfather to omit those crimes. After that King Abdul-Aziz Came to unite the peninsula… • Where did King Abdul-Aziz first gained his title as King???

- A Long time ago, The earth’s shape was different from the way it is right now. As you see from the map a large part of the world was covered with under the oceans, Including Saudi Arabia. As you see Saudi Arabia was almost completely covered with water. Which helped in the development of “Petrol”.
- We Muslim believe in our father Adam & his Wife Eve. Some Scientists said that during this time god sent Adam to “Makkah” in Saudi Arabia. During this time Adam protected “Al-Ka’aba” in Makkah.
- A long time after Adam came another prophet named “Noah”. He kept trying to make his people follow the right path in life but when they refused god ordered Noah to build a ship & put everyone who listened to his warnings on it including animals. Lots of people started mocking Noah because he was building a ship in the middle of the desert & they didn’t believe him. Then, “The Great Flood” Happened as god said which changed the earth’s even more.
- Lots of humans’ tribes started to live in the Arabian Peninsula after they survived the Great flood with Noah. Recently a lot of “Giants’” Skeletons were found in the northern part of Saudi Arabia in a place we call “Madaien Saleh – مدائن صالح”
- One of the people who lived in the Arabian Peninsula at that time where called “Thamuud” who we believe were prophet “Saleh’s” People (That’s why their Heritage site & city are called “Madaien Saleh”). Some Scientists believe that they were “Giants’ because of the skeletons that were found very close to their city & because of the size of the city’s doors. Some history books said that they were originally the “Assyrians” who used to live in the areas shown in the map. They lived in the Arabian Peninsula from 1300 BC Until 900 BC.
- After Prophet Ibrahim, lots of tribes started to come to “Makkah” from all over the world to visit “Al-Ka’aba” & to do the “Pilgrimage” (Which is the process of going around the Ka’aba 7 times while praying to god).Makkah was a very important city because it was right in the center of Arabian Peninsula, people had to go over Makkah every time they wanted to go from Yemen to “Al-Sham” (Which is Syria, Palestine, Lebanon & Jordan) & Vise Versa.At that time the tribe who used to live in Makkah & protect it was a tribe who was called “Quraish” which was a very strong, famous & generous Arabian Tribe.
- In the same year prophet Mohammad was born. He was raised as an orphan by his grandfather & uncle who tough him a lot about life, hard work & the great Arabian Qualities. When Prophet Mohammed received his Massage from god as the final prophet, he began to omit the old bad Arabia habits & polish the good ones. Because prophet Mohammad was a very Kind, Generous, honest & hard working person who was well known for his honesty all over the Peninsula, all the peninsula believed in his massage.
- When Prophet Mohammad Died. 4 great men who were his closest friends helped to spread & keep his meassage. During this time it was well known that Justice spread all over the peninsula & different other countries who was suffering from unfairness asked for their help. This era was called “Ahd Al-Khulafa’a Al-Rashedeen – The Era of the Wise Ones”.
- After the Wise Ones came “The Umaween Era” & it was called this way after their Grandfather. During this era & the next it was known that education spread all over the Islamic country. Lots of universities, schools & hospitals opened.
- After that in 750 G the “Abbasi Era” Started who was also named after these rulers’ Grandfather. It was the same as the previous one, but because the Islamic country was so rich back then a lot of men started to slack on their mission of spreading prophet Mohammad’s Meassage. Which eventually led them to lose their country to the “Tatars” & Jinkeez Khan in 1029 G.
- After the Abbasies the Arab of the peninsula returned to their tribes 7 they split from the big Islamic country. In 1299 G, The Turkish Country formed the “Othmani Country” & they invaded the Arab countries because they wanted to maintain the Islamic country. As shown on the map they only invaded the western part of the peninsula because it had Makkah & Al-Madina. The only problem was back then is that since they were Turkish they didn’t speak Arabic which made people not very found of them.
- King Abdul-Aziz was a strong welled man who had a dream to unite the Arabs. During his time he helped a poor woman who prayed that god would “blow treasures under his foot” which led him to discover the “Petrol”. After his death 5 other Kings came after him who continued their father’s job. All those kings did great things to try & fulfill god’s & their father’s well by spreading peace between Arabs…
